As a direct RESULT of working with Allan, I now am SO relaxed and FEEL real joy again, despite the ongoing presence of regular so-called stressors in my life. I can now feel a real ability to actually be FULLY present in my life , rather than convincing myself I am! The chronic pain in my neck has gone away! WOW! Going forward I expect to not only use Allan’s services but to also highly recommend him!
