Stress Reduction

Stress is the accumulation of unprocessed warning signals in your environment, and it is the precursor of many physical ailments.  High blood pressure over time can negatively influence many different organs within the body.  It can produce tightness in the muscles of the neck and back, reduce flexibility, and lead to painful strain.  Unrelenting stress can also have a severe dampening effect on the immune system, which leads to lowered resistance to disease.

Diabetes

Hypnosis is the “perfect” tool for in helping to get back one’s motivation or find it for the first time.  Often with a chronic issue like diabetes, treatment becomes a chore.  Hypnosis can provide the motivation to overcome the “chore-like” qualities of daily routine.  You’ll find the motivation to take your meds, start and/or maintain your execise regimen and build the body mass you need to acquire the ideal metabolism.

Phobias

Regardless of how it was acquired, a phobia is learned reaction.  I use a combination of hypnosis NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and Time Line Therapy™ techniques to rid you of it.  You’ll unlearn that behavior as fast as you learned it (which is not the same as how long you’ve had it).

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Hypnosis has been  recognized as an effective method for dealing with Irritable Bowel.  One of the first studies of hypnotherapy for IBS was conducted by Dr Peter Whorwell, a leading expert on IBS and hypnotherapy in the UK.  A trial he conducted in the 1980s found that a group of IBS sufferers who had failed to respond to other treatments showed dramatic improvements when treated with gut-directed hypnotherapy.  An excellent online resource for IBS is IBSHypnosis.com

Hypnotherapy offers to sufferers of IBS a drug-free solution to symptoms of diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain and bloating.  In “gut directed hypnotherapy” we take the general techniques of hypnotherapy and apply them directly to the abdominal pain and digestive symptoms which IBS sufferers struggle with.

Chronic Pain Management

Before we can start using hypnosis for pain management, you will need to provide a doctor’s referral.  You will learn how to feel in control.  In addition to dealing with pain now, I teach you how to manage yourself in an ongoing basis.  My goal is give you everything you need to have your life your way.
